All our drivers have an Enhanced DBS check.
An enhanced DBS shows full details of a person’s criminal record such as cautions, reprimands, warnings, spent and unspent convictions. The check also searches the DBSChildren’s Barred List or the DBS Adult First checks to ensure the applicant is suitable for working with children or vulnerable adults.

If you are leaving your home to travel for a legally permitted reason, you must also note that, aside from the driver, it is not permitted to share a taxi or private hire vehicle with someone from outside your household or your support bubble unless doing so is itself necessary for an exempt reason, for example, if it is reasonably necessary as part of your work.
You must wear a face covering when using taxis or private hire vehicles. You will be breaking the law if you fail to do so and could be fined. A taxi driver or private hire vehicle operator will be entitled to refuse to accept you if you do not wear a face covering, unless you are exempt from this requirement.
You should stay 2 metres apart from people you do not live with where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place (such as wearing face coverings).
We provide hand sanitiser and ask you to use it when entering one of our vehicles and can provide a face covering if required.
We do not have to wear a face covering, but it is recommend that we do if it does not affect our ability to drive safely.
We may need to remove our face covering in order to communicate with passengers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
We ask passengers to sit as far from us as possible and where possible not sit in the front of the vehicle.
We will open windows when carrying passengers and/or use the car’s vents to bring in fresh air from outside. We will not use the recirculated air option for the car’s ventilation system when carrying passengers.
We ask that you use contactless payment wherever possible.
If not, you should sanitise your hands after handling money, we will.
We also remind passengers to wash or sanitise their hands after the journey.
Between every journey we will:
~ clean those parts of our vehicle that passengers may have touched, for example, door handles, payment devices, etc.
~ open doors / windows to ventilate the car for 5 minutes
~ use hand sanitiser
